We recently took a car to Maaco for some body work. We were given an estimate of 1-1/2 weeks. After avoiding our calls for 3 WEEKS, we were called at 5:10 p.m. to tell us the car was ready. We rushed over to pick up the car only to be told the place was CLOSED! After arguing about it, the owner/mgr got the car out and told us we could bring it back for final clean up. What?!?! So the car wasn't really ready after all! After driving the car a few blocks, we discovered the car was running horribly AND the
radio was missing! We took it back and long story short, they refused to take any responsibility and we have no way to prove that a working car prior to the accident now was not working after Maaco got thru with it. Their management LIED and was the WORST
customer service I've ever had!

What do you want when you have a bunch of alcoholic drug addicted minorities working on your car, that radio probably bought a foty and some rock.
